TRAVEL FEE:
For campuses outside of Sacramento, a small travel fee will be added to your package price based on the distance to your campus. The fee is determined by how far your campus is from my primary coverage area in Sacramento. This ensures I can continue providing the same level of care and quality to every grad, no matter where your campus is located.

Time is flying faster than you know it, and our calendar is filling up crazy fast. Below is a link to our current availability calendar. If your school is not listed in the preset options, please fill out the “grad session” option and enter your school in the comments section.

✅ HOW TO BOOK
To secure your slot in our calendar, we require a nonrefundable $50 deposit via Zelle or Venmo.
The $50 deposit is due within 24 hrs from the time you book online to reserve your session date and time.If you do not have Zelle or Venmo, please reach out to us to arrange another deposit option.
If payment is not received within 24 hrs, we will cancel your appointment and release your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.

📸 TURNAROUND TIME
Within 3 business days of your session, you’ll receive a private gallery with unedited proof images. Select the images included in your package using the favorite (♥) button.
Once your selections are submitted, final edited images will be delivered within 7 business days. Turnaround time begins after favorites are confirmed.
Expedited editing available:
- 5 business days: $50
- 3 business days: $75

We recommend booking 3-4 months in advance to secure your spot. Consider signing up for our free grad priority list for early access.
We can shoot at any time of the day, but shooting 3-5 hours before sunset can mean smaller crowds for your photos.
At this time, we accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
No problem if you change your mind. We recommend booking the longer package if you’re torn between options, as it’s easier to downgrade.
I will check in with you 2-3 days before your shoot and discuss forecast. If there is a strong chance of rain for your scheduled shoot, we recommend rescheduling for the best experience. However, if you choose to proceed, we’ll shoot rain or shine and final payment must be made before the start of your shoot.
You’re responsible for your cap, gown, and stole, but we do offer some for rent, depending on the school. Email us for details.
You can adjust your date as needed, but the $50 deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. We offer free rescheduling if circumstances change.
Some of our longer packages include a wardrobe change. But what exactly does that mean? If you start your session in one outfit, like a white dress, and later switch to something different, such as a skirt and sweatshirt, that’s considered a wardrobe change. Cap and gown photos don’t count as a wardrobe change! They’re included in all of our packages at no extra cost.
We strive to make the most of your session by capturing photos at multiple locations. Each package includes a different session length, with recommended number of locations outlined in the package details. However, if the locations are significantly far apart, adjustments may be necessary, and we may need to prioritize fewer locations.
The prices listed are for (1) graduate only. If you’d like to include family members, you can add them when selecting your package. For sessions with multiple graduates, please contact us for a custom quote.
You can expect your proofs 10 business days from your session date. Feeling a bit impatient? No worries! You can speed things up with our fabulous expedited services.

Your gallery will be live for 2 months from when it’s ready. After that, it’ll self-delete, and ordering won’t be possible. You can reload it for an extra month with a $25 fee.
Different packages have different deliverables. You can expect to see 75-100 images in your gallery to choose from. You will only receive the images that are included in your package (12, 20, 30, 40)
Yes, absolutely! Some popular props are champagne, balloons, tequila bottles, and confetti. But be mindful of campus rules regarding confetti.
Pets are welcome! We usually do this in the last 10 minutes of your session, but please bring someone to handle your pet during the shoot.
Absolutely! We can guide you based on your preferences and comfort. With our experience, we can help you strike the perfect pose.
Our editing style is simple, vibrant, and minimalistic, as seen in our portfolio. Once you select your favorites from your proof, we will edit your photos with our toning look and remove flyaways if need be. If you’re looking for a different style, we may not be the best fit.
I’m proud of the work I create with my graduates, and sharing select images is an important part of how I showcase my style and continue growing my small business.
By booking with Estrada Photos, you agree that a small selection of images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer your images to remain fully private, I completely respect that choice. A $75 privacy fee will be added to your session to account for the loss of promotional use. Please let me know at the time of booking.
