Although graduations may look a little different this year, graduation will always be a special time to celebrate your student’s accomplishments. In today’s session, we feature Yasmeen, a class of 2020 graduate from San Jose State University.
Yasmeen admitted to me during our session that school can be very challenging, but she feels very proud and accomplished to be able to earn her degree in Child Development from SJSU. The message on her cap read “ Aveces lloré, aveces dudé, pero nunca me rajé” which loosely translated means, At times I cried, sometimes I had doubt, but I never gave up. What an awesome quote.
